Staff was very nice , especially Mary and Ivy. Helping me with local tips.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get decent value for your money.

the location was top and peaceful: a mall and a small market were within walking distance. the staff provided very good service and helped with printing.

The service was great and the pool was very clean. The rooms were all large and brand-new with big balcony and a nice view, as for instance. The breakfast offered a great selection of food and was good hot and delicious! The place had a quiet atmosphere. This was a wonderful and perfect location not far from the Creek and the airport, a wonderful walking path by water canal, and Al Jadaf.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for quieter ambiance and better views.

Very good service, although a few employees were unacceptable. The hotel had a top and peaceful location also near the airport. Appreciated that it was set just next door to the waterfront, chain fast food outlets in Dubai and the canal.

The Beautiful Canal View room nails the scenic outlook, perfect for those who want to gaze at the water. Spacious and comfortable, it feels like a cozy retreat amidst the hustle of the city.

There's a significant parking problem-you might find yourself scouring the area miles away just to drop off your cart. The pulled-clean linen left much to be desired, showing wear. Not to mention, the pool closure for maintenance meant a missed opportunity to relax and cool off right at the hotel.

The Beautiful Canal View room was fine with its perfect scenic outlook. I loved spending mornings sipping coffee on the balcony with the amazing views of the canal. The hotel's rooftop pool offered an very nice atmosphere and was a fantastic spot to unwind at sunset.

The staff was attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort, including offering me complimentary refreshments upon arrival. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh, delicious options every morning.

The location was somewhat tricky to navigate.

Particularly at the front desk, were cute and helpful with sorting out travel documents. The rooftop relaxation area with a pool and shisha is a wonderful touch. The food was of good quality but a bit pricey, which could be a consideration for budget-conscious travelers.

The ambiance was inviting, with a lovely rooftop pool and attentive staff offering tours and ticket assistance. My room was immaculate, and I especially appreciated the in-room breakfast service (great way to start the morning!).

I found occasional noise from the neighboring rooms a bit distracting.

I had a fantastic two-night stay! The breakfast was not only delicious but diverse, and the coffee shop serves wicked brews. However, the parking was a bit limited. I'd definitely return!

The staff were exceptionally nice and the rooms were nicely furnished, especially the room with a comfy bed, located on the stunning waterfront, making the whole experience very nice.
